Architectural, structural, mechanical and other details of existing buildings are documented as dense point clouds, which can be integrated with photographic documentation. RealVisuals takes on-site 3D laser scans, georeferences and cleans point clouds, and provides interfacing between photogrammetric documentation, the scanned spaces and CAD environments through the 3D coordinates of points. In addition, several post-processing and modelling services of 3D documentation data are available.
Point clouds
A set of data points which represent a building and its details in space. Each point has assigned XYZ coordinates. Depending on your project needs, point clouds can be delivered in colour (HDR) or grey tones, ranging from a normal resolution to high resolution.
Photogrammetry
3D digital model of existing buildings based on 2D image sequences. The 2D images can be obtained by either close-range photography or UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle or drone) photography.
Interactive 3D model
3D digital model that allows you to easily navigate and create measurements of a building based on 3D laser scanning data. The 3D model is an as-built dossier of our measured survey, provided to you on a USB drive and made available via an online platform.
Digital inspection
3D digital model where you can easily navigate and identify building materials, architectural details, or damage patterns. The 3D model allows you to take notes and export reports, reducing on-site time and providing access to areas which are difficult to reach.
BIM
3D model created in Autodesk Revit, resulting in a Building Information Model that brings all architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines into a unified modelling environment, driving more efficient and cost-effective projects. BIM models are based on 3D laserscanning data and orthophotos, and can be delivered in different levels of detail.
