Frequently Asked Questions
What is measured - and what is not?
Everything that is visible and safely accessible is measured. Anything that is not visible, such as shafts, spaces behind or above false walls, (built-in) cabinets, ceilings, hidden foundations, sewer systems, etc., is not measured.
How long does a survey take? Does someone need to be present?
We scan a standard 200 m² house in 1 to 1.5 hours. We only need someone to open the property and provide access to locked rooms.
Do you only scan houses?
No, we survey all types of buildings. From private homes to historic buildings and commercial spaces. You can find many examples and references on our website.
Can I also receive only the point cloud?
If you prefer to create the drawings yourself, we can also provide the point cloud only.
When will you carry out the survey? When will I receive my drawings?
After approval of the quotation and receipt of payment, we schedule the survey within 5 working days. The drawings are delivered no later than 10 working days after scanning (and payment).
What exactly do you draw?
- Drawings are produced as standard at LOD 200.
- For terraced or semi-detached houses, part of the adjacent buildings is always included in the drawings.
- Everything that is visible is drawn.
- If something is not visible, it is represented with dashed lines, for example roofs.
Optional: terrain profile and site plan (without property boundaries).
With property boundaries? Feel free to request a separate quotation.
How will I receive my drawings?
You will receive the plans in the following file formats:

Can I order additional drawings at a later stage?
Of course. Our scanned data allows us to provide additional drawings at any time. These are produced on an hourly basis, as long as the scan data remains available.Dit gebeurt in regie, zolang de scandata beschikbaar is.

What is the difference between a standard survey and a topographical survey?
Our surveys are carried out as standard in a local coordinate system, with all drawings delivered with metric accuracy. The reference point is the entrance threshold.
Some construction projects require additional geometric information. Some construction projects require additional geometric information. We offer this as an option, including:
Delivery of your drawings in the Belgian Lambert 72 coordinate system
Placement of elevation levels according to the TAW reference system
How long do you keep the survey data available?
